Meeting Note From The Feb. 2nd Meeting

After the opening announcements we had Joe Wilson presenting on ASP.NET MVC. Joe did a great job explaining how it works. He also went into some of the pros and cons of MVC as compared to ASP.NET web forms. He provided some great demos that introduced MVC and explained some of the concepts behind it. His slides clearly explained MVC and the different layers. A link to the slides and demos on Joe’s blog is provided below. It was an informative discussion and I look forward to attending one of Joe’s talks in the future.
